2 Central Government Department of Expenditure/Ministry of Finance The PFMS Mobile Application will use Aadhaar-based authentication to provide citizens with a simple, secure, and reliable way to access their payment and scheme information. By logging in with Aadhaar, beneficiaries can instantly verify credits received, track transactions, and confirm their entitlements under various schemes. This ensures that only the genuine beneficiary can view sensitive data, thereby enhancing privacy and security. 5 Central Government Ministry of Coal The proposed Aadhaar Authentication Service under the Revised Jharia Master Plan is designed to ensure efficient, transparent, and targeted delivery of benefits to affected families. Both Legal Title Holder (LTH) and Non-LTH families will be verified through biometric Aadhaar authentication. After due Aadhaar authentication, benefits will be disbursed directly into Aadhaar-linked bank accounts. This system will eliminate fraud, duplication, and delays, while enabling real-time monitoring, audit trails, and grievance redressal. 15 State Government TAMIL NADU/Tamil Development and Information Department "Transformation of online-Gazette publishing for Name Change" To verify the identity of the beneficiary for the purpose of change of name in the Gazette the Aadhaar authentication services would be of great use in asserting the facts about the applicant's residential proof, father / husband’s name and date of birth. The change of name in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette is permissible only for those who reside within Tamil Nadu, irrespective of where he / She was born. So, assertion of an applicant’s address within the boundaries of the state is mandatory, and Aadhaar authentication would serve the purpose well. 30.09.2025
