53 State Government TELANGANA/Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department In traditional attendance systems, there are challenges related to falsified attendance (such as proxy attendance) and inefficient management of attendance data. By integrating Aadhaar authentication, the system can authenticate individuals based on their biometric data (fingerprint, Face), which is securely linked to their Aadhaar number. This ensures that only the person whose Aadhaar is authenticated can mark attendance, eliminating the possibility of proxy attendance. 05.05.2025

Citizens can authenticate through web portals, mobile applications, and WhatsApp. The process begins when a citizen initiates a service request, followed by an Aadhaar authentication prompt. After providing explicit consent, authentication is conducted via OTP, biometric, or facial verification through UIDAI. Once verified, verified Aadhaar details are retrieved, cross-checked with service application data, and the service request is processed accordingly. 07.08.2025

The electronic Know Your Customer service of the UIDAI is transforming the entire KYC process by making it paperless, instantaneous, secure, economical and non-repudiable. Agriculture, Farmers Welfare &Co-operation Department is planning to use e-KYC service to enhance all beneficiaries of Department of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare &Co-operation convenience and greatly increase efficiency of service delivery across state that require proof of identity and proof of address to avail. 23.04.2025

It offers a seamless solution for pensioners to submit their certificates and for authorities to process them efficiently. Agencies such as central government departments, state/UT governments, and other welfare organizations may onboard to provide this service to their respective beneficiaries. The key processes are: 1.
