Aadhaar Good Governance Portal

This Portal is a digital platform to facilitate the Ministries / Departments of Central Government and State Governments, their subordinate organisations, and non-Government entities for online submission of proposals under Aadhaar Authentication for Good Governance (Social Welfare, Innovation, Knowledge) Rules, 2020 (as amended in 2025). These SWIK Rules have been introduced as a facilitating provision to section 4(4)(b)(ii) of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016.
